Microwavable heat pads

I have myself some of these pads and I can confirm that they do stay warm when using on your sore areas of generally keeping your bed warm. I love them and I'm sure you will love them too!

These are designed to be heated up in the microwave for 2 minutes for the small sizes and 3 minutes on 800w for the larger ones no longer as they will be too hot to use and could damage the heat pad.

To wash I recommend a damp cloth to clean. Do not put into the washing machine as the weight of the grains will cause damage to washing machines.
